~ Two Hour Staging Consultation  ~

The first picture shows the sectional blocking off the living space.
Following the rules of Feng-Shui, the space was opened up to become welcoming to potential buyers.
Although the room is still a little bare, the homeowner now has a vision of what to do to complete the room.

A cozy little nook was created where the homeowner could relax & the contemporary rug was removed. This staging consultation was more hands on as there was a showing to be done that night and an open house on Sunday. With the ideas from the staging consultation the homeowner had all day Saturday to complete the details outlined for their home.

These photos show how important it is to arrange furniture and remove items that might turn away buyers. The house had already been reduced by $20,000 from original listing price before Gold Leaf Home Staging came in to do a staging consultation.
